The Davinci Adventure
Want something a bit different from a treasure hunt? How about going on the quest for the Grail... now your company can experience the thrill of searching for the ancient Grail. This is typically staged in at the Philadelphia Museum of Art. Teams interact with the artwork using a maps while searching for clues that will help them break the Cryptex Code. A great team building exercise that incorporates intrigue, appreciation and adventure.

Team building focuses on creating highly effective individuals who know how to work efficiently together to accomplish more. The process usually involves formation and clarification of a main goal and selection of objectives that lead toward it. An effective team is able to build ownership across itself as well as identify its strengths and weaknesses. Inhibitors to teamwork are expected to be overcome or eliminated but if this cannot be achieved fully, the negative impact should instead be mitigated.
Team assessment is important through feedback so that any given group or organization can continue moving forward by using its potential well and correcting its faults and shortcomings. The objective of team assessment is to identify the gap between the main goal and the current state of the team as well as devise strategies and techniques that will help reduce the gap. The team needs to consider each existing member and assign and allocate properly to use that person’s strengths well to contribute more to the group. The team’s capacity will significantly improve if each member provides support corresponding to his or her personal interests and skills.
Exercises for team building should focus on both problem solving and decision making. company executives, students or any other organization face different challenges everyday which require critical and timely solutions.
